Characteristics of metering masterbatch mixer

Automatic proportional mixing for new materials, regrind, colorants, or additives. This series of machines uses DC brushless motors to mix based on pre-set ratios. Through the fully digital microcomputer control system, conditions set by the user are automatically converted into speed to directly drive the precision screw for material extrusion, with an error margin not exceeding ±1%. The motor allows for stepless speed control, and the screw diameter options are 12, 14, 16, and 20mm. Different output capacities ranging from 0.1 to 38 kilograms per hour are available for customer selection. Additionally, a color-changing masterbatch machine can be paired with any two masterbatch machines as needed by the customer.
