Characteristics of metering masterbatch mixer

This series of models is suitable for automatic proportional mixing of new materials, secondary materials, color masterbatch or additives. They use DC brushless motors to mix according to pre-set proportions, and are automatically converted to speed through the conditions set by a fully digital microcomputer control system to directly drive precision screw extrusion of raw materials. The error value is not higher than ± 1%. The motor deceleration is continuously variable, and the screw diameter is divided into four types: 12, 14, 16, and 20mm. Different output quantities of 0.1 to 38 kilograms per hour are provided for customers to choose from. There is also a color changing masterbatch machine that can be combined with any two color masterbatch machines according to customer needs.
