System design process

The centralized feeding system adopts a single machine, one pipe, and a sealed circuit design to ensure the stable operation of the entire system and avoid plastic moisture regain and blockage. It is used in conjunction with the central drying machine (dehumidifier) system to allow dry air to re dry the raw materials, prevent the plastic strands from moisture regain after drying. At the same time, after each conveying cycle, the conveying pipes are cleaned to ensure that there is no residue in the pipeline. While avoiding moisture regain of the raw materials, it also ensures the consistency of the raw materials added to the injection molding machine. Under the negative vacuum pressure, the original dust in the raw materials is filtered out through the filter (dust collector) system, which is beneficial for improving product quality.

The motor should not be designed to stop, in order to avoid frequent motor starts that may cause wear and tear;
Equipped with a safety relief valve, when the main engine's movement pressure is too high, the safety setting value will overload, and the relief valve will automatically release pressure to protect the motor;
The two feeding hosts A and B alternate, and are designed with automatic switching valves to ensure the stability of raw material transportation.
